Kyōdō (共同) means collaboration—a concept deeply rooted in Japanese culture and central to our professional philosophy. Pronounced “Kyoh-doh”, it reflects the values of unity, mutual respect, and collective effort.

 

Our founder, Ted Lango, experienced these principles firsthand while supporting contact centers and operational teams in Japan. Witnessing how a shared commitment to collaboration drives remarkable success inspired the creation of Kyōdō Solutions.
